Meet Chef Degan
Your ThermoFest Guest Chef Presenter!
Chef Degan's passion for Indonesian cuisine, combined with the techniques learnt in western countries, has made him a household name in Bali.
He’s worked at some of the most prestigious hotels including the Hilton International, Grand Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Atlantis Royal Towers and Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts. Chef Degan is also known for his time as a judge on MasterChef Indonesia.
Chef Degan was the co-contributor on the Thermomix Taste of Indonesia cookbook and he can’t wait to showcase some of his favourite Thermomix recipes with you on stage.
